Hey guys, it's Nicole! I always wanted to try this cool workout I heard about called AIR Aerial Fitness. So while I was in L.A. for work, I went to check it out with my hot trainer friend KymNonStop-you might remember her from some of my past videos...I kicked her ass in our Workout Wars comp LOL!
